Casting News for The Hobbit!
According to Peter Jackson’s new Facebook post, we have a new Fili! Also, the Elven King Thranduil was cast. Kiwi actor Dean O’Gorman will replace Rob Kazinsky -who left the project for personal reasons- to play Fili. And, Lee Pace is cast as the Elven King Thranduil! Finally, Pace is getting the recognition he deserves for his acting abilities on the big screen, not just television.
Let’s just hope these actors stay on until the end. Can’t wait to see the movies!

The first official video blog from The Hobbit production! It was released yesterday on the official Hobbit blog (click here to watch it on Facebook) and many Tumblr users have posted it. But I still want to post it to show my appreciation and fascination with the whole project. This video brings back so many good memories and it really stirred up my emotions. I hope the project goes swiftly from now on. I cannot wait to watch both parts.

To get more updates on The Hobbit, follow the official blog: http://www.thehobbitblog.com/

Also, I wish someday I can visit New Zealand and see the magical places where Lord of the Rings and many other films were shot.
